the hosting helper is growing fast and looking for a seasoned airbnb manager to join our growing short-term rental team. This is not a va or entry-level role — we’re hiring a professional with real experience and expertise in managing short-term rentals.
what you’ll do:
- serve as the main point of contact for property owners & enterprise partners
- handle escalated guest issues with confidence and professionalism
- conduct client strategy calls and performance reviews
- communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- collaborate on strategy, quality control, and guest experience improvements
- engage knowledgeably in conversations around revenue performance (you won’t manage pricing, but must understand it)
who you are:
- you’ve personally managed short-term rental properties (ideally your own)
- you have 2+ years of experience as an airbnb manager or equivalent
- you are confident on client calls and can discuss detailed topics with ease
- you can handle high-pressure guest situations with calm and clarity
- you have a solid understanding of revenue management concepts
- your english is flawless — both written and spoken

- schedule: mon-fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm est
- remote position
- salary: starting $1200 usd per month with room to grow
