main responsibilities

- analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- support daily sap transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across supply chain planning processes.
- investigate and resolve idoc errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
- manage and support cogi transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
- collaborate with supply chain, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
- support and optimize business processes within sap, primarily in the mm (materials management), pp (production planning), and sd (sales & distribution) modules.
- develop dashboards, reports, and kpis to provide visibility into supply chain performance and support decision-making.
- participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

required profile





- bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- previous experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, production planning, or related areas.
- hands-on experience working with sap, specifically within mm, pp, and sd modules.
- practical experience with idoc monitoring and resolution and cogi transaction management.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
- advanced english proficiency (written and verbal) required.
- strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- proficiency in microsoft excel; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
- self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
