what you'll do

- support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives.
- analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- lead process improvement projects across multiple departments.
- develop project plans, timelines, kpis, and performance metrics.
- monitor project execution and measure results against business objectives.
- evaluate staffing, production processes, inventory, and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- design and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
- create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
- conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
- coordinate strategic projects while collaborating with operations,



engineering, finance, and leadership teams.

qualifications

- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, strategic planning, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
- manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferred.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- advanced microsoft excel and powerpoint skills.
- experience developing kpis, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- professional proficiency in english and spanish is preferred.
