As a trusted finance partner in our Piedras Negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members.

What your day will look like:

- Lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvements
- Analyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through SAP oversight, monthly reconciliations, and trend analysis; communicate insights to plant leadership
- Mentor team members and build reporting dashboards to drive inventory performance visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 5–8+ years in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, or materials control with demonstrated senior progression
- Deep expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, scrap analysis, standard costing, and ERP systems (SAP preferred); advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills; experience leading process improvements and establishing controls; commitment to inventory accuracy and audit compliance

This position is fully onsite in Piedras Negras. Relocation assistance will be provided.
