We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our Team.

The Customer Service Rep will provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email & chat, providing quote, pricing, products information and order status to customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, status of orders and follow ups.

Accurately enter customer purchase orders in the system.

Follow ups on open order, lead times and ship dates.

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.





Accurately document customer interactions in CRM Software.

Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management.

Prepare shipping documents for international orders.

Bachelor's degree completed: business administration, logistics or related field.

Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Person with a high sense of responsibility.

Focused on results.

1 year of work experience in the manufacturing industry.

Willing to travel.
