Senior Master Production Scheduler
to strengthen production planning and restore operational stability.The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex planning environments, balancing customer demand with production capacity, and improving schedule adherence in high-volume automotive manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple production areas.Balance customer demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.Improve schedule stability and production adherence.Reduce planning volatility, shortages, and expedited shipments.Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing,
and Customer Planning teams.Develop robust planning processes and performance metrics.Support plant turnaround initiatives through disciplined production planning.Requirements
Significant experience in Master Production Scheduling within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.Strong ERP/MRP planning expertise (SAP experience preferred).Deep understanding of capacity planning, demand management, and inventory optimisation.Proven success in improving planning performance in challenging manufacturing environments.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English required; Spanish is an advantage.What's on Offer
