Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

+ Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .

+ Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .

+ Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

+ Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.

+ Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

+ Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.

+ Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).

+ Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.

+ Use of measuring and control systems.

+ Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.

+ Data analysis driven.

+ Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.

+ Mentoring & training.





+ Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE.

Maximo, MP2, Infor, Etc.).

+ Strong adaptability and collaboration/teamwork skills.

+ Strong customer service attitude.

+ English spoken and written (Business level negotiation) and presentations.

+ High performance expectation.

+ Lead people; team for different areas.

+ Data analysis, RCA,s and quality systems.
