**Responsable de:**

Apoyar en el análisis de calidad dentro de la planta de transmisiones, enfocado en la identificación de fuentes de contaminación por sedimentos relacionadas con reclamos de clientes.

Participa en el análisis de problemas, contribuye a la identificación de causa raíz y apoya en la mejora de indicadores de calidad, manteniendo comunicación con distintas áreas y documentando hallazgos de manera clara.

**Principales Responsabilidades:**

+ Identificar posibles fuentes de contaminación por sedimentos en procesos de manufactura de transmisiones.
+ Analizar problemas reportados por clientes y relacionarlos con causas técnicas.
+ Ejecutar análisis de causa raíz y proponer acciones de mejora.
+ Dar seguimiento a indicadores de calidad y contribuir a su mejora continua.
+ Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para la resolución de problemas.
+ Mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes y áreas internas.
+ Documentar análisis, hallazgos e iniciativas de mejora de manera estructurada.

**Requisitos:**

+ Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación **Verano 2027 o posterior**
+ Contar con un nivel intermedio de inglés
+ Seguro facultativo vigente

**Carrera:** Ingeniería Mecánica, Metalúrgica, Ciencias de Materiales o Afín

**Experiencia y habilidades deseables:**

+ Experiencia académica o práctica en análisis de materiales (metales, polímeros, plásticos).
+ Conocimiento básico de metodologías de análisis de causa raíz (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D).
+ Experiencia colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios o en proyectos universitarios.
+ Microsoft Office.
