**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from **requirements definition to delivery** .
+ Drive and contribute to **data governance frameworks** and best practices.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between **business and client’s technical stakeholders** .
+ Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using **Prefect** and **Airflow** .
+ Lead automation initiatives, including **RPA solutions with Python and Selenium** .
+ Identify opportunities to leverage **AI and intelligent automation** in business processes.
+ Mentor junior team members and help define **standards, best practices, and scalable solutions** .

**Knowledge & Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
+ Strong knowledge of **Trino, SQL, and Python**
+ **5+ years of experience** in data, business analysis, or related roles
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to **detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end**




+ Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring others
+ Fluent English is a must
+ Hands-on experience or strong interest in **automation, AI, and process optimization**
+ Proactive mindset focused on **continuous improvement and innovation**
