- Lead maintenance operations across three manufacturing facilities, ensuring maximum equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance teams, mold maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
- Drive equipment upgrades, automation projects, new production line installations, and manufacturing support projects while maintaining budget control.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators including MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance, and equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing operations

The successful applicant needs to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field).
- Strong experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Hands-on experience with automation, PLCs, injection molding equipment, or similar production machinery.
