Drive schedule adherence and production recovery within a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment (Plastics & Composites).
This role is accountable for shop floor execution, supplier recovery acceleration, constraint removal, and full plan-to-ship flow control across critical aircraft programs.
Core Responsibilities
Own daily and weekly production schedule adherence
Execute recovery plans for delinquent work orders
Lead shop floor expediting and constraint resolution
Monitor manufacturing flow from release to shipment
Analyze Comstat and operational KPIs to identify delivery risks
Validate data integrity across production and supplier reporting
Escalate risks with mitigation strategies and timeline impact analysis
Drive accountability across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain
Support multi-program aerospace manufacturing environments (737 / 767 / 777X)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience)
5+ years in aerospace or high-mix manufacturing environments
Proven experience in:
Production Control
Manufacturing Supervision
Schedule Recovery
Shop Floor Leadership
Supplier Performance Management
Strong understanding of:
Throughput management
Constraint analysis
Schedule adherence metrics
Operational KPIs
Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, reporting, production tracking)
Availability for 1st / 2nd shift and overtime as required
Mexican or Dual Citizenship required
