As an Infor WFM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Infor Workforce Management solutions for clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Infor WFM functionality.
- Design and configure Infor WFM solutions to meet client needs, including modules such as Time & Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler,
and more.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems and integrate Infor WFM with other enterprise applications.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the solution meets client expectations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
- Oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Work with the team to continuously improve processes, methodologies, and solutions.
