ROLE PURPOSE

Provide senior-level customer service and operational support across the 3PL brokerage workflow. Keep shipment, customer, carrier and status information accurate; follow open items until closure; communicate risks early; and move service exceptions toward practical resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Enter, review and update load, shipment, customer, carrier, appointment and status information accurately.
- Track open loads, documents, delays, commitments, customer requests and service exceptions.
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, drivers, brokers and internal operations teams.
- Maintain same-day notes, timestamps, commitments, status changes and documented next actions.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and correct or escalate it before it affects service.
- Gather facts, propose practical options and support issue resolution within the approved authority.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

- Direct, hands-on experience in a 3PL freight-brokerage environment; generic customer service or logistics exposure is not equivalent.




- Senior customer-service or operations-support experience involving loads, carriers, shippers, tracking and service exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in data entry or transaction capture.
- Reliable follow-up and the ability to manage multiple open items without losing commitments.
- Professional customer and carrier communication, sound judgement and a solutions-oriented attitude.
- Experience with TMS, CRM, load boards, customer portals, spreadsheets or comparable operational systems.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Records are accurate and current; customers receive timely updates; every open item has a documented next action; service exceptions move toward closure; and the assigned workflow is managed with limited supervision, measurable productivity and dependable follow-through.
