As an Acceleration Center - AES - SAP Basis - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of SAP applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives

Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration

Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP applications

Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations

Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance

Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables

Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders

Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and strategic growth What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 6 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems

Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Consulting and SAP ERP
