Role Description The Account Executive role at El Cuarto Sentido is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The person in this role manages day-to-day client relationships, coordinates projects, and ensures that commitments are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, tracking account performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as creative, production, and finance to address client needs.

The Account

Executive monitors market trends, identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, and supports new business development efforts. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on campaign results, and proactively resolving issues to support a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, including relationship building, project coordination, and issue resolution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, projects, or services from concept through execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills,



with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort with data and metrics, including basic analysis and reporting to evaluate account performance and identify opportunities.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management platforms).
- Previous experience in account management, sales, marketing, or client services, preferably within a creative or media-focused organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; professional working proficiency in English is a plus.
