??Account Manager (Remote) | U.S.-Based Custom Furniture Company

Are you an organized, proactive, and client-focused professional who enjoys managing projects and building long-term relationships? We're looking for an Account Manager to become the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure every project is delivered successfully from start to finish.

?What you'll do

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project.

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Track orders, production timelines, and deliveries.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively.

Manage project timelines, priorities, and deadlines.

Keep CRM records and project documentation up to date.

Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

?What we're looking for





2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Coordination.

Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience in furniture, interior design, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
