JOB PROFILE OVERVIEW The Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, develop and maintain accounting procedures and policies to comply with regulations and company standards, oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, manage the accounts payable and treasury processes, ensuring timely entries and payments, coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements, provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making, assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts and stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency KEY ACTIVITIES Prepare assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

Document financial transactions by entering account information

Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options

Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Secure financial information by completing database backups

Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions

Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status





Provide technical support and advice on management

Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures

Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process

Provide input into department's goal setting process

Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Plan, assign, and review staff's work

Perform month-end and year-end close process

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in leading a team

Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Ability to identify and implement process improvements

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Awareness of business trends

Experience with creating financial statements

Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

Accuracy and attention to detail

Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

Advanced understanding of accounting, mapping and reporting





Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

5+ years of experience in accounting

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and Oracle BI

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Experience with reconciliations system, preferred Blackline

English ( minimum intermediary level)
