Accounting Analyst / Purchasing Operations

Pay Rate:

- $7.00/hour (~$1,214.50/month) – Candidates with QuickBooks experience
- $6.00/hour (~$1,041.00/month) – Candidates without QuickBooks experience

Shift & Schedule:

- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

☑️ Execute daily accounting and purchasing operations, focusing heavily on Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

☑️ Accurately process invoices, enter vendor bills, and manage customer billing documentation.

☑️ Support purchasing, procurement, and supply chain operations through order tracking and vendor record maintenance.

☑️ Perform accounting functions, update financial spreadsheets, and maintain precise operational logs.

☑️ Provide dependable administrative support to finance and purchasing leadership.

☑️ Adapt to expanding responsibilities and financial workflows as company operations grow.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

☑️ Direct experience working within the purchasing, procurement, or supply chain industry.

☑️ Proven experience as an accountant or performing accounting-related functions; hands-on Accounts Payable (AP) experience is required.





☑️ Experience using QuickBooks Online preferred.

☑️ Advanced English speaking and communication skills.

☑️ High proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

☑️ Strong ability to follow documented procedures, manage time effectively, and work independently.

TECHNICAL & WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

☑️ High-speed internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions (uninterrupted workflow during working hours).

☑️ Dedicated quiet space / home office setup.
