Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates

Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy

Identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in source material

Support recurring dataset creation, cleanup, and quality assurance tasks

Ensure datasets meet consistency and quality standards for AI training use cases Who You Are Background in accounting,



bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline

Strong Excel proficiency — you're comfortable building and auditing structured spreadsheets

High attention to detail with a methodical, accuracy-first approach

Able to work independently and manage task-based assignments on your own schedule
