This is a full-time, remote role for an Affiliate Manager based in Mexico (Nutra)

A performance-driven growth engine for health and wellness products in competitive, highly regulated categories. We are seeking an ambitious, execution-focused Nutra Affiliate Marketing Manager who combines elite partner management skills with hands-on media buying knowledge across major ad platforms and alternative traffic sources.

This is not a passive partnership management role. We need a commercial and highly analytical growth marketer who can source quality traffic partners, optimize unit economics, expand approved volume, coordinate funnel testing, and build a resilient acquisition infrastructure for health offers operating in high-scrutiny environments.

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting, on boarding, and managing affiliate partners within the Nutra vertical, with a focus on performance and long-term growth. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing traffic and conversions, and negotiating payout structures and promotional terms.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, resolving issues quickly, and providing regular performance reports and insights. In collaboration with marketing and sales teams,



the Affiliate Manager will identify new opportunities, test new offers, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines across all channels.

Qualifications

- Strong Affiliate Management skills, including recruiting, on boarding, and optimizing affiliate partnerships in Nutra .
- Proven Account Management capabilities to build, maintain, and grow relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with affiliates, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Sales and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, improve offer performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Online Marketing experience, ideally in performance-based environments (CPS, CPA, CPL), with solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and key metrics.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make decisions based on KPIs such as EPC, ROI, and conversion rate.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating across time zones and cultures.
- Experience in Nutra , is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
