Job purpose Borg Warner Power Drive Systems is currently looking for
“dynamic, results driven”
individual to join as a
Production Coordinator. The main responsibilities include manage workflow and communication between teams to ensure that product manufacturing complies with internal and customer-defined safety and quality standards, as well as to guarantee on-time delivery within the established budget. This position oversees personnel, raw materials, and equipment, acting as a liaison between service departments and ensuring the required production quantities for customers.
It also includes monitoring action plans to improve production line productivity,
training operational personnel, and ensuring compliance with company and product standards or certifications.
Key responsibilities
Manage resources and develop strategies to meet customer requirements on production lines.
Ensure and oversee that all production lines comply with safety and environmental guidelines, including timely closure of open items.
Administer financial, material, and human resources within the assigned area.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance departments on actions to optimize production lines.
Support and directly assist the Production Supervisor in decision-making processes that require participation.
Develop and monitor action plans to reduce waste in production lines.
Manage and oversee training programs for operational personnel.
Knowledge of ISO 45000, 50000, 16949 & 14000 standards.
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
What we’re looking for Education/Experience Qualifications
Schooling : Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or related)
Experience Time in similar position : 2 years or more in a similar position.
Technical knowledge required : Manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing tools, line balancing, Kanban, Kaizen, problem solving tools, Project Management, Quality and Environmental Systems,
resource management
Other requirements : SAP, Microsoft Office, Workday, Tress Revolution
English Requirement Conversational / Business Level
