Your role Tasks
Conduct technical project management in line with B2 C and Symrise Project Practice.
Development of seasoning solutions within Symcom system according to project briefing.
Development of seasonings for different applications (e.g. snacks, processed meat, bouillons, sauces and dressings).
Introduction of Raw Materials.
Definition of quality inspection plan for raw materials, seasonings and applications.
Stability evaluation protocol for raw materials, seasonings and applications.
Upscaling processes.
Technical presentations, workshops & customer engagement.
Validation of development results/specifications.
Project finalization and handover.
Work & operational instructions: follow relevant work & operational instructions in daily work, maintain/update existing and develop new instructions, maintenance of technical equipment.
Responsibilities
Own and conduct subject matter expertise training (e.g. cross-regional)
Advance, update and train safety,



good manufacturing practices and work environmental guidelines
Technical KA team lead on regional/global level
Contribute & share experiences to advance cross-regional network
To review and advance seasoning & application development best practices
Professional execution and progression of existing SDAT task standards
Successful and timely delivery of project briefs with complex challenges
Actively and collaboratively contribute to positive team spirit
Experience: 7-10 years
Background: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food chemistry, Food science, Engineer, Biochemistry or career related to chemistry or food science
Other languages: English - Minimum CEF B2 / TOEIC 651-750
Technical knowledge: Food, engineering and chemistry
Competencies: Leadership, delivering results, commercial thinking, collaboration, strategic thinking, creativity and innovation
