This role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

+8,000 employees 4 manufacturing locations Automotive cut & sew / trim operations Full operational accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost Strategic leadership of plant management teams Operational excellence and continuous improvement culture Executive interaction with regional and integral leadership

The ideal candidate will bring:

Extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (Mandatory) Strong multi-site leadership background Proven ability leading large manufacturing organizations Experience driving KPI performance in high-volume operations Advanced leadership, business acumen, and change management capability Availability and flexibility for relocation
