60‑minute video sessions
tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. This is a
freelance, fully remote role

flexibility to choose your own schedule. It is an ideal way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission‑driven integral community. What You’ll Do
Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients. Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma,
schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform. Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology. Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT). Minimum of 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree. Proficiency in English and your local language. Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred.
