ew The Senior Configuration Specialist is responsible for the design, configuration, and optimization of regulated life sciences platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM/Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, Compliance Wire, Agile Loft). This role supports commercial, medical, and regulatory operations, ensuring systems are aligned with business processes and compliant with Gx P and industry standard
s. Key Responsibilit
- ies Lead system configuration and enhancements across platforms such as Veeva CRM/Vault, Salesforce, Compliance Wire, and Agile L - oft Translate business requirements into scalable configuration solutions supporti ng commercial, field medical, MLR review, QA, and patient services workfl - ows Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, security models, and integrations within regulated environme - nts Partner with business stakeholders (Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, Marketing, QA, Regulatory) to drive process improvements and system optimizat - ion Ensure compliance wi th Gx P, 21 CFR Part 11, and data governance standa - rds Suppo rt release management, deployments, and environment coordinat ion across dev/test/p - rod Perform impact assessments and root cause analysis for production issues and system chan - ges Collaborate with data, integration, and analytics teams (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI) for downstream report - ing Develop and maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and validation deliverables (IQ/OQ suppo - rt)Mentor junior resources and contribute to best practices within managed services delivery mod




els Required Qualificat
- ions6+ years of experience in life sciences systems configuration or CRM/platform administra - tion Hands-on expertise w ith Salesforce and/or Veeva (CRM, Vault, Promo Mats, Med Co - mms)Experience support ing regulated environments (Gx P, validation, audit readin - ess)Strong knowledge of configuration best practices (no/low-c ode) vs. customiza - tion Experience w ith MLR processes and workflows, commercial operations, or patient services sys - tems Familiarity w ith integration patterns (APIs, middlew are) and data f - lows Proven ability to work in onshore/nearshore delivery models and client-facing environm
