We are looking for a reliable, organized, and fluent English-speaking Dispatcher to join our team in Tijuana.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls. Dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians. Coordinate with technicians throughout the day. Update customers and partner companies on job progress. Ensure every job is completed successfully.
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken & written). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Responsible and detail-oriented. Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
