What You'll Do
- Lead application modernization and cloud migration programs for enterprise customers.
- Assess existing application architectures and define modernization strategies.
- Architect Azure Landing Zones and target-state cloud solutions.
- Analyze application dependencies, integrations, and migration pathways.
- Containerize applications and oversee deployment on Kubernetes platforms.
- Conduct performance assessments before and after migration activities.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, DevOps, Integration, and Data Platform teams to ensure cloud adoption aligns with industry best practices.
- Engage with client stakeholders to present solutions and drive successful transformation outcomes.
Required Experience ✅ 11+ years of software development,
application modernization, and cloud migration experience
✅ Strong experience developing and hosting applications on Azure PaaS
✅ Hands-on experience with IIS configuration and application hosting
✅ Expertise in:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Containerization and Kubernetes
- Application performance optimization
✅ Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies, application dependencies, and modernization frameworks ✅ Experience with database connectivity, configuration, and integration patterns
