LEO Pump is seeking an Application Engineer responsible for providing product application and technical support across the Americas region.

Job Responsibilities

1. Select appropriate pump models based on customer requirements and provide professional product recommendations.

2. Respond to customer inquiries, communicate in depth to understand needs, and support smooth deal closure.

3. Track and follow up on product-related issues to ensure they are properly resolved.

4. Collect and analyse market and competitor product information, and provide structured feedback to relevant departments to form a closed-loop improvement process.

5. Participate in customer Q&A; sessions, product recommendation events,



and deliver technical training to sales teams and customers across business units.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Fluid Machinery & Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or product application within the pump industry in the Americas region.

3. Solid understanding of market research methods, product promotion processes, and PDM (Product Data Management) documentation.

4. Language skills: Professional proficiency in Spanish.

The position can be based in Brazil or Mexico.
