About the Role
We're looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll represent an innovative software company , connecting with potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
Introduce the company's software solutions and generate interest.
Qualify leads based on established criteria.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.

Requirements
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or in B2B outbound sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
