Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Gaviana Resort in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. The Assistant will support daily resort and restaurant operations, including coordinating guest requests, answering inquiries, and providing information about services and amenities.

Responsibilities may include assisting with reservations, organizing documents, handling basic administrative tasks, and communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth service. The role also involves maintaining organized workspaces, monitoring supplies,



and supporting special events or guest activities as needed. The Assistant is expected to respond promptly and professionally to guests and colleagues, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, hospitality awareness, and guest relations skills.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and task coordination.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office or reservation software is beneficial.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working versátil hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Spanish; additional English language skills are a plus for supporting international guests.
