Suitable candidates will demonstrate proven experience in:

Playing the role of project manager role for at least five years within software development teams

Project management principles, practices, and theory

Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, reporting, metrics, and risk and issue management

Reporting timely and accuratetly

Fully client-facing environments and with third-party vendors

Job responsibilities

- Guide the team to execute projects
- Guide the team on being self-organising and how to get the most of out self-organisation
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation




- Remove blockers and/or guide the team to remove blockers by finding the right contacts and procedures
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
- Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
- Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and propagate information
- Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and lead by example
