About The Role

If this is you, we'd love to talk. As an Authorization Specialist, you will ensure secure and compliant access across SAP systems while supporting business continuity and governance. Based in Mexico City, you will collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to strengthening internal controls and access management processes.

What You Will Do

- Review, analyze, and approve user access (mainly SAP) aligned with security and SoD policies




- Support and challenge stakeholders to ensure appropriate role-based access
- Design and maintain SAP roles and authorizations
- Conduct access reviews and troubleshoot security incidents
- Collaborate with tech teams and business stakeholders to ensure strong governance
- Contribute to SAP GRC processes and audit support

Who You Are

- Experience in SAP security, user administration, and access management
- Understanding of SoD risks, internal controls, and governance
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP GRC is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
