**About the Role**
Some people train, others make training work.
We're looking for a Training & Quality Coach with a strong focus on Consultative Sales, someone capable of turning coaching into results and conversations into trust.
Your mission is to ensure that our training, systems, and processes come alive in everyday execution.
You'll start by coaching and evaluating our sales teams, then expand your impact to customer service, document collection, and relationship calls.
If you love seeing people improve and enjoy connecting discipline with empathy, this is where your precision meets purpose.
**What You'll Do**
Listen to live or recorded calls and observe real client interactions.
Detect patterns that limit quality, empathy, or results and correct them quickly.
Train new hires and reinforce habits in current teams.
Create practical reports that make progress visible and measurable.
Work alongside leadership to align training, performance, and results across departments.
**Who You Are**
You've worked in consultative sales, operations, training, or quality control.
You enjoy teaching, analyzing, and helping others perform better.




You're observant, balanced, and confident when giving feedback.
You communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
You believe structure and empathy can coexist.
**Requirements**:
At least three years of experience in sales, customer service, or training roles.
Proven experience in coaching or performance supervision.
Degree in Computer Systems, Business, or related fields.
Full-time availability for on-site work in Puerto Vallarta.
