THE ROLE
We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to support and oversee a high-performing sales and customer service team.
This role will involve coaching team members to reach their goals, maintaining high standards of service quality, and managing escalated client interactions when necessary.
This position is idóneo for individuals with a strong background in sales operations who are comfortable leading by example, achieving targets, and developing others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the daily activities and performance of the sales and customer service team
- Coach and support team members to strengthen sales techniques and client interactions




- Handle inbound communication and manage escalated inquiries professionally
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate documentation within company systems
- Collaborate closely with management to implement strategies that support growth and operational efficiency
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience working within sales-driven environments
- Experience overseeing, coaching, or mentoring others (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable managing client interactions in a fast-paced setting
- Results-focused mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance expectations
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
