**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately verify legitime transactions with our agents over the phone.
- Be alert during the development of your work every time.
- Answer agents inquiries and questions professionally by phone.
- Identify problems, unresolved issues and risks using Ria's fraud prevention protocol.
- Promptly escalate any high risks to management for resolution.
- Process transactions that have met Ria policies, state laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with Ria's training, policies, processes and protocols.




- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and Spanish
- Experience in customer service in a call center environment
- Possess experience dealing with difficult customers and remaining professional
- The key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent phone etiquette, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be versátil to work European time
