Role Description This full-time, on-site Auxiliar de logística y aduanas role at GLS FORWARDING GROUP is based in Hermosillo, SON. The role is responsible for supporting daily logistics operations, including coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing documentation, and assisting with customs procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, updating records in internal systems, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials and products. The role also involves working with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely dispatch. The Auxiliar de logística y aduanas will support purchasing activities, follow company compliance and safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and address inquiries professionally.

Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Organization Skills to maintain accurate records, manage stock levels,



and ensure orderly storage of materials.

Candidates should possess Purchasing and Logistics Management skills to support procurement activities, coordinate shipments, and optimize transportation and delivery processes.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of customs procedures and documentation related to imports and exports.

Candidates should be comfortable using office and logistics software (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory systems, and shipment tracking tools).

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or customs operations; technical or vocational education in logistics, international trade, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates should be able to work on-site full time in Hermosillo, SON and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
