We are seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to join our team.
As an AWS Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our AWS-focused business and turning vast amounts of data into actionable insights that drive our partner value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support various aspects of AWS business operations, including CRM management, project management, process improvement, and customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join EPAM's rapidly growing AWS team and contribute to our overall business success.
Responsibilities Monitor and analyze AWS-related sales and operational data, including managing internal CRM systems and AWS ACE opportunity pipelines, as well as tracking revenue, consumption, and forecasting trends
Collaborate with the broader Operations team to ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to maximize return on investment for AWS business activities
Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Work closely with project teams to ensure AWS opportunities are processed efficiently and successfully
Support the tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure success criteria are met
Participate in partner and alliance planning, including fund allocation and risk assessment activities
Detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to streamline operations
Implement best practices and automation to enhance workflow efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry
Minimum 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles
At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or key product capability to market
Self-motivated and proactive, able to organize and interpret data and translate findings into actionable steps
Demonstrated experience in business and partnership operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with financial data
Project management experience, including proficiency with project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication Nice to have Experience in similar roles within a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI) organization
Background in building automated self-service reports and dashboards using modern business intelligence tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms We offer International projects with top brands
