Position Summary The immediate assignment is to support the migration of archived Concur data into AWS using Amazon S3, AWS Glue Catalog, and Amazon Athena. The role will also participate in future application retirement and data migration initiatives as additional systems are migrated to AWS S3.

Requirements

- +3 years of experience as Data Engineer (AWS) - MUST- HAVE
- Experience with Amazon S3, AWS Glue Catalog, Amazon Athena . - MUST - HAVE
- Strong SQL skills.
- Basic data modeling.




- Ability to upload and organize data in Amazon S3.
- Ability to create AWS Glue Catalog tables from DDL definitions.
- Ability to configure Amazon Athena.
- Ability to develop SQL queries for data retrieval and validation.
- Ability to interpret relational database schemas.
- Experience joining and validating relational datasets.
- Basic file handling and extraction of archived data.
- Basic analysis of structured data files.
- Strong English communication skills - MUST - HAVE
