Role: Backend Developer Engineer (4 - 6 year Experience)

We are looking for a proactive Java Backend developer with 4 to 6 years of experience. Must have expertise with design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, good to have microservices, RESTful APIs, agile/SCRUM and high-quality software solutions knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Developer: Design and develop scalable, high performance and secure backend application using java (good to have Kotlin).
- Architecture & API: Build deploy and maintain cloud-native microservices ices and robust RESTful APIs.
- Ticket Management: Take ownership of uses stories and technical tickets, ensuring timely updates, documentation and resolution.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-ups,



sprints plannings and retrospective under Scrum framework.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests and trouble complex technical issues to maintain high engineering standards.
- Cross functional communication: Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineer, or a closely related field.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong expertise inf Java Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written Engilsh communication skills.

Preferred Qualification (Good to Have)

- Experience with gRPC / RPC protocols
- Knowledge or professional experience with Kotlin for backend development.
- Spring framework
