**Responsibilities**:
- Drives client value, leads change, works as a partner, delivers results, acts as an owner, and builds great teams.
- Provides strategic direction to all Sales Support employees, seeking to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.
- Maintains direct leadership responsibility and accountability
- Develops nationwide sales strategy, as well as execution of Volume Plan, Expense Plan, Quality targets and the Client Experience
**Qualifications**:
- 15+ years business sales experience coupled with 10+ years management experience
- Operating and risk management experience
- Experience executing on remediation plans
- Ability to create buy-in across a wide ride of stakeholders; create a network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers, and stakeholders
- Accomplished change leader: demonstrates a adaptable approach and resilience to setbacks and able to drive operating and cultural change; long-term vision and leadership stamina to maintain the course within a constantly changing environment
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree,



potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
