An international company is seeking a **Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisor** to join its team in the **Guadalajara Metropolitan Area**.
We are looking for a professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as **advanced English proficiency**, since this role supports operations in the United States and Canada.
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
**Salary**:
$35,000 $40,000 MXN per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily functions of the Customer Service team.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure quality standards and order entry metrics are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and performance follow-up.
- Resolve operational and customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- **
Minimum 5 years of experience** in Customer Service with team leadership responsibilities.

Advanced English Mandatory.
