**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Call and follow up with users who registered but never played
- Identify the reason for drop off and handle objections with tact and clarity
- Guide users step by step to complete activation and start playing
- Build rapport quickly and keep the conversation moving toward action
- Maintain consistent follow up until the user is reactivated
- Document every interaction clearly in CRM with accurate status updates
- Meet daily and weekly targets for contacts and conversions
- Keep communication professional and compliant at all times
**TOOLS AND SOFTWARE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH**
- CRM systems HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
- Dialer or VoIP calling tools




- Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
- Messaging tools as required by the operation
- Slack or similar team communication tools
