Role Overvie wBI Engineers at Fractal design and maintain the dashboards and reports that enable enterpris estakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibiliti es• Design and develop dashboards and reports in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Plot ly• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data mode ls• Work with analytics engineers on data modeling and dimension table desi gn• Implement dbt data quality tests and ensure data used in dashboards is accura te• Centralize and standardize ~80 dashboards into a single hub with consistent architectu re• Create comprehensive documentation for all dashboards including lineage and refresh schedul es• Manage access control and resolve dashboard permission issues prompt ly• Provide ad-hoc analysis and custom dashboard development for stakeholder reques ts• Optimize dashboard performance and query efficien cy• Stay current with BI tool features and recommend improvemen ts• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on data visualization best practic es• Train stakeholders on self-service analytics capabiliti esRequired Skil lsLatAm Position (G7): 6-10 years of BI/Analytics engineering experien ce• 4+ years developing dashboards in Tableau or similar BI too ls• 3+ years with SQL and data warehouse concep ts• 2+ years working with business stakeholders and requirements gatheri ng• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent BI too l)• Advanced SQL: complex queries, window functions, performance optimizati on• Experience with dbt (data transformation and testin g)• Knowledge of Snowflake and data warehouse architectur es• Familiarity with Plotly and ThoughtSpot (or similar analytics platform s)• Understanding of data governance and security best practic es
