We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Executive to join our team in Guadalajara (Colonia Americana).
This role is idóneo for sales professionals who are passionate about helping people make important decisions and want to build a long-term career with high earning potential through commissions.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Handle and follow up with potential client inquiries (primarily in Spanish, some in English).
- Clearly explain the benefits of our services and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Consistently achieve and report on sales goals.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach at all times.
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience (consultative sales strongly preferred).
- Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, establish trust, and connect with clients.
- (Preferred but not required) Familiarity with basic legal terminology related to bankruptcy.
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Colonia Americana).

- Base salary:
- $18,000 MXN during the 3-month trial period.
- $27,000-$35,000 MXN starting from the 4th month.
- Unlimited commissions with high additional earning potential.
