3+ years of experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, aircraft materials management, or a related field.

Experience with SAP for inventory, procurement, or materials management.

Strong knowledge of aircraft parts procurement, inventory control, and material planning.

Familiarity with AOG processes, MRO operations, and aircraft maintenance environments.

Ability to interpret aircraft technical documentation, including IPC, service bulletins, engineering drawings, and 8130 tags.

Core responsibilities include procuring aircraft parts, creating MSNs when inventory is unavailable, and maintaining accurate procurement and inventory data in SAP. Additional duties include ordering from distribution warehouses and external suppliers per Service Recovery SOPs,



processing Removal/Install transactions, managing returns of unused inventory (“06 Material”), and resolving issues identified in In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports. Technical tasks include using aircraft manuals (IPC, CMN, ER/A, drawings, service bulletins) to identify alternate part solutions, validating effectivity and alternate MPNs, and reviewing 8130 tags.

The Program

Manager also receives and stages AA kits, Prepull/FK1, and Nonroutine/FK2 inventory, and supports SOP development, training documentation, and quality audits.
