Work you’ll do/Responsibilities • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle experienced recruiting for Deloitte's technology services at the Americas Delivery Mexico

- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and student-focused organizations.
- Event planning with Universities: Job fairs, employer branding positioning, ambassadors, discussion panels, etc.
- Being a potential Talent Seedbed in target universities for the firm.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte brand.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.




- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and measure chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through a deep understanding of the business and industry. The team The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Queretaro Based or able to relocate.
- Knowledge in Universities Queretaro market
- Experience in massive recruiting and high-volume hiring processes.
- Experience in Event planning with universities
- Experience with technologies including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system.
- Advanced English level and good communication skills
- Analytical and consulting skills




- Experience gathering talent insights from the market for decision making Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law. Preferred:
- Experience with Campus recruiting technical roles or in consulting firms.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
