**What your background should look like**:
- 5+ years of experience in various Engineering or Process Development assignments
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or mechatronic engineering
- English language skills
- At least 3 years of practice in the field at technical and supervision level
- Ideally, professional experience in the design and construction of high-speed assembly systems/Machine
- Six Sigma certification (plus)
- Advanced knowledge of 3D design program (advantage Creo, Solidworks)
- Basic knowledge of technical tools specific to the job function: CAD, CAE, industrial or quality engineering tools
- Basic knowledge of general engineering tools
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of mana
