Machine Shop Manager

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

Our client, a integral manufacturer of high-quality electronic components , is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager to lead CNC machining operations at its Ciudad Juárez facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in CNC machining, programming, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise machine shop operations, including supervisors, CNC programmers, technicians, machinists, and operators.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Oversee CNC machining operations involving 3-axis and 5-axis Haas and Hurco machines .
- Support CNC programming activities and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to solve technical and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality,



and equipment efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a CNC Machine Shop or precision machining environment.
- Hands-on experience with Haas and Hurco CNC machines (3-axis & 5-axis) .
- Experience with Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) .
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software .
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T; .
- Proven leadership experience managing supervisors, programmers, technicians, and machine operators.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: MXN $50,000–$65,000 per month , negotiable based on qualifications and experience .
