As a Collections Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will provide accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making within our Internal Firm Services practice.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage various challenges. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities Managing financial records and conducting data analysis to support compliance with accounting standards

Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports

Engaging in financial budgeting and forecasting to aid in strategic decision-making

Supporting risk management initiatives by analyzing financial data and identifying potential issues

Collaborating with team members to optimize financial performance and provide strategic guidance

Utilizing accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain accurate financial information

Participating in account reconciliation and general ledger maintenance activities

Applying financial policy knowledge to enhance financial record-keeping processes

Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and insights

Developing commercial awareness by understanding how the business operates and its financial implications What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree

At least 1 years of experience in accounting/finance or PwC experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree

At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis

Utilizing accounting advisory skills to enhance financial reporting standards

Excelling in stakeholder management and communication within diverse teams

Adapting to fast-paced environments with intellectual curiosity and optimism

Applying active listening and accepting feedback to drive personal growth
