We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short-form video)
- Create content end-to-end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
- Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop-ups, festivals)
- Produce real-time content during events
- Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
- Identify trends and explore new platforms
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
- Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape
- Experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
